Technical Service

HindlePower, Inc. has the technical expertise to provide even the novice electrician troubleshooting help over the telephone.  During normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST) our technical staff is available as a virtual repair tech to give you step-by-step guidance and help repair your battery charger in the unlikely event of a failure.  This service is provided at no cost to the end user.  If you are equipped with a Digital Multi-Meter (DMM) and a telephone, we can help you repair your charger down to component level.  Our staff can usually provide repair advice for an industrial battery charger, even if we did not manufacture it.
